Alidad M. Zadeh, DO, is a board-certified internal medicine doctor providing primary care through the Imperial Valley Family Care Medical Group. He is a member of the UC San Diego Health Physician Network.

As a primary care physician, Dr. Zadeh provides urgent and non-urgent medical services including the assessment, evaluation, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of acute and chronic diseases for people of all ages to a large internal medicine practice office in El Centro, CA. Some of the kinds of conditions and services offered at Dr. Zadeh’s office include, but are not limited to, patient care and management for high blood pressure, diabetes, weight control, high cholesterol management, allergies, arthritis, and asthma disease states.

Dr. Zadeh is the Medical Director for the hospitalist group In Patient Care of Southern California in Brawley, CA, and is on staff at both Pioneer Memorial Healthcare District and El Centro Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Zadeh earned his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA. He is board certified in internal medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, CA, and is trained and certified in Age Management Medicine through the Age Management Medicine Education Foundation, a Division of Cenegenics Education and Research Foundation.

Dr. Zadeh has been awarded The President’s Award and Pauline Weiss Pumerantz Memorial Award by Western University and the Golden Apple Award by the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.
