Alidad M. Zadeh, DO, is a board-certified internal medicine doctor providing primary care through the Imperial Valley Family Care Medical Group. He is a member of the UC San Diego Health Physician Network.

As a primary care physician, Dr. Zadeh provides urgent and non-urgent medical services including the assessment, evaluation, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of acute and chronic diseases for people of all ages to a large internal medicine practice office in El Centro, CA. Some of the kinds of conditions and services offered at Dr. Zadeh’s office include, but are not limited to, patient care and management for high blood pressure, diabetes, weight control, high cholesterol management, allergies, arthritis, and asthma disease states.
Dr. Zadeh is the Medical Director for the hospitalist group In Patient Care of Southern California in Brawley, CA, and is on staff at both Pioneer Memorial Healthcare District and El Centro Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Zadeh earned his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA. He is board certified in internal medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, CA, and is trained and certified in Age Management Medicine through the Age Management Medicine Education Foundation, a Division of Cenegenics Education and Research Foundation.
Dr. Zadeh has been awarded The President’s Award and Pauline Weiss Pumerantz Memorial Award by Western University and the Golden Apple Award by the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.

Dr. El Newihi was born in Egypt and attended Ain Shams University School of Medicine in Cairo Egypt. He has been practicing in the Imperial Valley for nearly twenty years. He has privileges in both El Centro Regional Medical Center and Pioneers Memorial Healthcare District and sees patients in Calexico, Brawley, and El Centro.
Dr. El Newihi is married to his wife of over 21 years, and has two children. He especially enjoys listening to jazz, Latin, and classical music. He also likes gardening.
Mohsen El Ramah, MD, is an internist and nephrologist providing primary care and kidney care through the Imperial Valley Family Care Medical Group, an independent practice with clinic offices located throughout the Imperial Valley. He is a member of UC San Diego Health Physician Network.
Dr. El Ramah specializes in the treatment of acute and chronic conditions of the adult population. Dr. El Ramah's goal is to provide comprehensive care for the entire spectrum of his patients with specialty services for those who are at risk of having kidney disease and those who are living with all stages of kidney disease.
Dr. El Ramah earned his medical degree at University of Cairo Medical School, Cairo, Egypt. Dr. El Ramah completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Aurora Sinai Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI where he was the Chief Resident in his final year of residency. Dr. El Ramah completed his training with a Fellowship in Nephrology at University of Wisconsin Medical School in Madison, Wisconsin. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine with a subspecialty in Nephrology.
Dr. El Ramah is a member of the American College of Physicians and American Society of Nephrology.
Elana Godebu, MD, is a board-certified urologist who provides general adult care to men and women for a variety of urologic conditions, such as incontinence and voiding problems, urinary tract stones, urinary tract infections, and prostate problems. She also treats urologic cancers, including cancers of the kidney, bladder, and prostate.
Dr. Godebu believes in a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to urologic care. When possible, she utilizes the latest robotically assisted and minimally invasive surgical techniques to help patients return to their normal activities more quickly and with fewer complications.
She has been recognized for her work to reduce catheter-associated urinary tract infections and educate the deaf and hard of hearing about urologic cancers. She is a member of the American Urological Association, the San Diego Urological Society, and the Gold Humanism Honor Society, a national honor society that recognizes excellence in clinical care, compassion, and dedication to service.
Dr. Godebu completed residency training in surgery and urology at UC San Diego School of Medicine. She also earned her medical degree from UC San Diego School of Medicine.
Outside of work, she enjoys bicycling, running, and watching independent and foreign films.
Dr. Moukarzel is Board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Moukarzel is a Magna Cum Laude graduate in Mathematics from New York University, New York. He received multiple awards including Phi Beta Kappa and Delta Pi Mu Epsilon, the national Honorary Society of Mathematics. He attended the School of Medicine at SUNY at Stony Brook, New York.
Dr. Moukarzel is trained in Urology and Obstetrics and Gynecology at Montefiore Medical Center and Bronx Lebanon Hospital, respectively, affiliates of Albert Einstein's School of Medicine, New York.
Dr. Moukarzel specializes in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery that addresses the problems of Urinary Incontinence, bladder, rectal, uterine, and vaginal prolapse, and pelvic pain. He is the only Board Certified Physician in this specialty in the Imperial Valley and one of not so many nationwide.
Dr. Moukarzel established the Robotic Surgery Program at ECRMC, and is the most experienced Robotic Gynecologic Surgeon in the Imperial Valley.
His office offers complete women health services in Obstetric and Gynecologic Pelvic Ultra-Sounds, Cystoscopy, Hysteroscopy, Endometrial Biopsy, Diagnostic Dilation and Curettage, Urodynamic, Pelvic Floor Therapy for Pelvic Prolapse and Urinary Incontinence.
Dr. Moukarzel and his staff are known for their professional and caring attitude toward their patients. They take care of their patients' concerns professionally, discretely, caringly, and timely in a comfortable and pleasant office environment.
Dr. Moukarzel is on the active staff of ECRMC. He has been Chair of the OB/GYN Dept. and Chief of Staff. He currently is the Vice Chief of Staff at ECRMC. He had also served as the president of the Imperial County Medical Society and is currently a member of its Board.

Rick Fitzsimmons was born in Wyandotte, MI in 1956. He was educated at Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan graduating in 1980 with a BSN and in 1986 with MSN. Rick Fitzsimmons received his post graduate Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 1997.
Rick Fitzsimmons has been practicing medicine with Imperial Valley Family Care Medical Group since 1997. He is the Associate Professor at Imperial Valley College. He teaches both Pharmacology and Advanced Nursing Practice.
Rick Fitzsimmons has lived in Imperial Valley for over 28 years. He is happily married to his wife for over 24 years, and they have 3 sons.
