Imperial Valley Family Care Medical Group is proud to provide you with a local independent laboratory. We have been serving Imperial Valley Residents for over sixteen years. This laboratory is owned, managed and run by local Imperial Valley Residents. We are a State Certified Laboratory. We maintain the highest quality of service which is regulated by the state of California. We have passed all annual inspections. We are also enrolled in Proficiency testing with the American Proficiency Institute. They select random specimen to perform testing accuracy. We have state certified Phlebotomists at our multiple laboratory draw stations.

MD Lab is equipped with state-of-the-art laboratory instruments. The laboratory is run by a Licensed Clinical Laboratory Scientist with over twenty-five years experience in the lab field. This laboratory runs blood tests locally daily for fast service to you and your loved ones. All urgent tests are run in-house, which means results are given to your physician promptly. We are sub-contracted to run stat tests for other major companies like Quest and Pathology Inc.
